Working in partnership with the construction industry, we have established the legal framework to embed training requirements in development contracts. Once the development is on-site, we then work with local training providers to supply suitably skilled, site-ready trainees.

Our team manages the process from start to finish, from negotiations with contractors to coordinating trainee placements from local colleges.

The Construction Futures approach relies on a unique set of tools and systems:

1. Legal Tools: We have developed all of the necessary procedures and documentation relating to the procurement and planning process.

2. Skills Forecasting: Our bespoke forecasting model identifies the training and employment opportunities on a new construction site, depending on its size and value. It specifies the exact range of trades that can be covered, consistent with industry labour modelling.

3. Trainee Database: Our powerful database matches students from local colleges to training opportunities. It manages the range and phasing of placements on a site and handles all monitoring and reporting functions.
