Construction Futures - Potential Trainee Information

Construction is the UK’s biggest industry with over two million people employed in hundreds of different types of jobs. Becoming a trainee is one of the best ways to enter the industry and get a head start in your career.

Through Construction Futures you will be able to work, train, earn and get qualified all at the same time. Traineeships involve attending college and getting hands-on experience on real construction sites. They are a great way to gain valuable career experience through achieving NVQs in your chosen area.

Construction Futures is up and running in Northamptonshire. If you’re interested in becoming a trainee, you need to be studying construction with one of our approved training providers. We currently work with:

Moulton College
Tresham College
Northampton College
