If you are a construction employer with workers that will be or have been affected by redundancy ConstructionSkills can help.

To be eligible staff must be 18 or over and live or work in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire and are/have been directly employed by the company.

 ConstructionSkills are offering a new fully funded flexible Response to Redundancy programme of support and construction training to help employers support soon to be made redundant workers, help recently redundant workers get back to work and help employers re-train those at risk of redundancy to re-main in work.
